- Use a minimal amount of gentle detergent without optical brighteners
- Wash with other bamboo fabrics
- Turn off the agitator when possible
- Hang or lay flat to dry to help reduce pilling
- The product-specific care panel also permits tumble drying on low
05 How can pilling be reduced?
Wash the shirt inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle with other bamboo fabrics, then hang it to dry. Friction against other textiles or rough surfaces can contribute to pilling.
06 What are marks or indentations on a new shirt?
Steam finishing, warm folding and compression in transit can leave temporary marks or a light sheen. These should disappear after the first wash.
